Step 1:


Go to the home screen of your EYESEE tablet, then click on “TOOLS”.

Then click and select the “Map” tab.

Step 3:


Fill in the fields from top to bottom to make sure nothing is forgotten. (Please note: you must create as many sections as there are different heights. If you have additional columns on a bay, you can modify them later in the cloud.)

  1. Start by entering the map name (this will be the future name of your mapping project).
  2. Enter the number of levels on your face.
  3. Enter the number of bays.
  4. Enter the number of columns. (If you have bays with different numbers of columns and different heights, you can create separate sections just below the client section.)
  5. Enter the beam thickness.
  6. Enter the slot width. (Here, we are referring to a single slot: the distance from one rack upright to the next divided by the number of slots in that bay.)

Once this information has been entered, you can click on the drone icon at the bottom right to automatically create a flight mission.

 

Step 4:


You can now click on the drone button to start the mission.

You will now begin your flight.

You will see two white lines representing where the rack beam should be located. Your objective is to pause the drone at the level of the beam (see the example in the following video). You can adjust the position using the white arrows to achieve the highest possible accuracy.

Warning: on the top level, the objective is different. You must “frame” your pallet in order to indicate to the drone the maximum pallet height on the top level.

You must also check the maximum height in each new aisle using a laser meter to ensure that no obstacle could interfere with the drone.

Example: if you entered a cumulative height of 795 cm, make sure there is no lighting fixture, structural support beam, or ventilation duct at 780 cm, as this could cause the drone to crash.

 

 

Once your flight is complete, you can upload the results using the button with the cloud and arrow icon.
